This is an English translation provided for convenience. The Korean version is the authoritative text, and it prevails in the event of any discrepancy.

Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the services provided by MMA Korea (mmma.co.kr, the “Site”), and the rights and obligations of users and the Site.

Article 2 (Services)

• MMA event schedules, bout listings and results
• Fighter profiles, records and divisional rankings
• Links to fight video and news
• Community boards and fight predictions

Article 3 (Use of the service)

Reading requires no account. Posting, commenting and voting require a Kakao login; by logging in you are deemed to have agreed to these terms and to the privacy policy. You may delete your account at any time from My Page.

Article 4 (Moderation)

The following may be removed, and use of the service restricted, without prior notice.

• Abuse, insults or personal attacks directed at an individual
• False statements of fact, or accusations made without basis
• Discriminatory or hateful expression
• Flooding, or repeated posting of the same content
• Commercial advertising, and links to gambling or illegal sites
• Content infringing another person’s copyright, likeness rights or personal data
• Anything else that violates applicable law

Please be civil about fighters and the people around them. This is a place for people who like Korean MMA, and fighters do read their own pages here.

Article 5 (Rights in your posts)

You retain copyright in what you post. The Site may use your posts within the Site for the purpose of operating, displaying and promoting the service. You may delete your own posts at any time.

Article 6 (Sources and accuracy)

Schedules, records and rankings are compiled from each promotion’s official announcements and public sources. They are not official records.They may differ from reality because of changed announcements, cancelled bouts or errors in the source material. For anything that matters, check the promotion’s own announcement.

Fight video is embedded from official promotion channels; news is limited to a headline, a summary and a link to the original. We remove material promptly at a rights holder’s request.

Article 7 (Fight predictions)

Predictions are a vote for entertainment and are not gambling. No money changes hands between users, or between users and the Site. Where a prize event is held, it is announced separately. Only predictions and votes made on the website are eligible for prizes; those made in the mobile app are excluded.

Article 8 (Limitation of liability)

• The Site is provided free of charge and may be interrupted by force majeure, system failure or maintenance.
• Disputes arising from user posts are the responsibility of their author.
• We work to keep the information accurate, but to the extent permitted by law we accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on it.

Article 9 (Changes to these terms)

Changes are posted on this page with a revision date. Significant changes are announced on the Site.
