What this site is for

Following Korean MMA takes more work than it should. Event cards live on promotion Instagram accounts, fight records sit on overseas databases, and rankings are hard to find at all. MMA Korea exists to pull that scattered information into one place.

• Schedule: Korean and international event dates, bout orders and results
• Rankings: official promotion rankings, plus our own divisional rankings computed from recent results
• Fighters: profiles, records and fight video
• Video & News: fight video from official promotion channels, and Korean press coverage
• Community: open board, analysis posts and fight predictions

How we handle data

Records and schedules are compiled from each promotion’s official announcements and public sources. We leave unverified values blank rather than filling them in. An empty field looks worse than a filled one, but a wrong number is worse than both.

• Fighter photos are downloaded and served from our own storage. We do not hotlink external images.
• Fight video is embedded from each promotion’s official channel. We do not redistribute video ourselves.
• News is limited to a headline, a short summary and a link to the original. We do not reproduce article bodies.
• Korean fighters are filled in first. Many profiles are still incomplete.

If you spot something wrong

Tell us through the community board and we will check and fix it. Correction requests from fighters themselves, their gyms or promotions go through the same route and are handled first.

Non-commercial operation

Beyond the minimum revenue needed to keep the site running, this is not run for profit. We respect the rights of promotions, fighters and publishers, and our default is attribution with a link to the source. If you ask us to remove or correct something, we will act on it promptly.
